  • What is ManPacks (aka Uniform Management)?

    The original definition of ManPacks was used to describe the process of bundling together a complete staff uniform and then delivering it (individually) to each employee. It's been in use since around the mid-1980's and given the very gender-biased naming of ManPacks, many distributors in the clothing and uniform industries have adopted a more neutral name - such as Uniform Management and, in our case, StaffPacks®!

  • How do I get started with StaffPacks®?

    Simply get in touch. We'll create a personalised trial area with your logo and even give talk you through some of the features to get you up and running. You'll also have access to our online manuals, which are a great source of information and cover all aspects of your StaffPacks® web portal.

  • Am I tied into a long-term contract?

    Absolutely not. After your free trial, you'll pay from month to month and can cancel your account at any time you like.

  • Why should I choose StaffPacks®?

    We are experts in bespoke software for the clothing, footwear and textile sectors and have been creating systems for businesses like yours for nearly three decades. Uniform suppliers and their customers have specific requirements which are not fully met by traditional eCommerce websites or off-the-shelf order management systems. StaffPacks® has been created to address these needs and is unique in its ability to run as a low-cost, customisable package, which can be integrated into your existing systems or completely stand-alone. We also offer full customer service and training support as standard.

  • Who owns the data I enter and is my data secure?

    All data that you enter onto the StaffPacks® software is your own and we claim no rights to it. If you decide to cancel your account, your data will remain on our servers for up to 45 days before it is purged, to allow you to restart your account with ease - If you prefer, you can request that the data is deleted immediately. Your data is stored at our highly secure datacentres and backed up daily.

  • How does my free trial work?

    You can try out our StaffPacks® web portal, simply by getting in touch. To make things easy for you we don't ask for payment details upfront. Simply provide us with a payment method when you decide to continue using StaffPacks® beyond the trial period.

  • Do you limit the number of orders/branches/kits/products I can use?

    No. Whether you have one customer on StaffPacks® or one-hundred, we don't impose limitations or force you to upgrade to a more expensive package.

  • Do I need any extra software or hardware?

    The StaffPacks® software is a web portal, (the technical term is Software-as-a-Service or SaaS), so there is no software for you to download or install. All you need is a modern web browser and access to an internet connection.

  • Will you sell or allow access to my data?

    Never. We may collect and publish aggregate statistics for our user-base as a whole, but we will never disclose any identifiable data such as supplier or customer names - our policy is that this information is your property. We do not sell such data nor do we use it ourselves.

  • Can I request a custom feature for StaffPacks®?

    Of course. Get in touch via email or simply click the "Feature Request" option from within your StaffPacks® account. While we can't guarantee that all requests will make it into StaffPacks®, we'll try our best to accommodate as many as we can.

  • Are all custom features free of charge?

    Smaller changes and those feature requests which are already on our product "roadmap" are usually completed without charge. However, in order to keep StaffPacks® at it's low monthly rate, there may be additional, one-off costs involved with any urgent, large-scale or very specific feature requests. If your request falls into this category we will always let you know before commencing any work - You'll receive a free, no-obligation quotation & specification outlining your request.

  • Can you integrate StaffPacks® with my existing computer system?

    It's very likely that we can help you with this. We have many years experience designing, building and integrating bespoke software with our customers existing computer systems. Simply get in touch with details of your existing software to discuss your requirements.
