All data that you enter onto the StaffPacks® software is your own and we claim no rights to it. If you decide to cancel your account, your data will remain on our servers for up to 45 days before it is purged, to allow you to restart your account with ease - If you prefer, you can request that the data is deleted immediately. Your data is stored at our highly secure datacentres and backed up daily.
You can try out our StaffPacks® web portal, simply by giving us a call. To make things easy for you we don't ask for payment details upfront. Simply provide us with a payment method when you decide to continue using StaffPacks® beyond the trial period.
No. Whether you have one customer on StaffPacks® or one-hundred, we don't impose limitations or force you to upgrade to a more expensive package.
The StaffPacks® software is a web portal, (the technical term is Software-as-a-Service or SaaS), so there is no software for you to download or install. All you need is a modern web browser and access to an internet connection.
Never. We may collect and publish aggregate statistics for our user-base as a whole, but we will never disclose any identifiable data such as supplier or customer names - our policy is that this information is your property. We do not sell such data nor do we use it ourselves.
Of course. Get in touch via email, phone call or simply click the "Feature Request" option from within your StaffPacks® account. While we can't guarantee that all requests will make it into StaffPacks®, we'll try our best to accommodate as many as we can.
Smaller changes and those feature requests which are already on our product "roadmap" are usually completed without charge. However, in order to keep StaffPacks® at it's low monthly rate, there may be additional, one-off costs involved with any urgent, large-scale or very specific feature requests. If your request falls into this category we will always let you know before commencing any work - You'll receive a free, no-obligation quotation & specification outlining your request.
